At Summit Physique Fitness we make use of very progressive equipment, and techniques. This may include Bosu Balls for balance, tone and stability, Resistant bands which work with your muscles to give you results with every movement, working the agonist (prime mover muscles) and antagonist muscles (muscles that oppose or reverse a movement), a variety of dynamic body exercises that use no equipment or weights, and of course the cross fit genre of tires, ropes, agility ladders, an olympic lifting bar etc., plyometrics, as well as sparing gear and more.
